Job summary

Attentive Angels is seeking full- or part-time CNAs, PCAs and Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care. The mission is to support aging adults and empower our staff in purpose-driven work. Benefits include competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling; shifts cover days, nights, and weekends.

We are located in Chapin, SC, and sponsor none. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States (we cannot provide sponsorship)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and other required screenings
• Reliable transportation
• Familiarity with memory care practices and behavioral support strategies
• Previous caregiving, PCA, or home care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, grooming and personal hygiene; Dressing and toileting assistance; Mobility support and transfers
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and feeding (if needed)
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up client's space, linens, etc.)
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisor
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies
