Edgewood Healthcare in Minot, ND is seeking a part-time Personal Care Assistant + Certified Medication Aide (PCA + CMA) to support residents in daily living and medication administration. The role includes day shifts with every-other-weekend work, benefits, and opportunities for professional training.

You will pass medications per care plans, assist with ADLs, and uphold dignity and HIPAA compliance while contributing to a compassionate care team at Edgewood Minot on Tenth.

Qualifications

• Medication Aide certification required.
• Passion to help others and provide dignified care.
• Willingness to train new employees and grow skills.

Responsabilités

• Pass medications according to each resident's care plan
• Assist with personal cares and ADLs (showers, dressing, etc.)
• Demonstrate kindness and preserve resident dignity
• Document cares appropriately
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies
