Job summary

Chosen Village is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our in-person team in Wisconsin. This role focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities and providing companionship.

You will administer medications, prepare meals, assist with mobility, and support memory care activities while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Previous caregiving experience and good communication are preferred; background checks will be required.

Qualifications
