Job summary

Chosen Village Home Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our in-home care team. You will support clients with daily living activities and provide companionship to enhance well-being.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, meal preparation, mobility support, medication monitoring, and maintaining a safe, clean home environment. Prior caregiving is preferred; training and background checks are required. In-person work offered full- and part-time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus.
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation guidelines.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
