Job summary

It's Your Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our in-home care team in Harrisburg, PA. As a PCA, you will provide non-medical support to help clients live safely and comfortably at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility support, and following care plans while reporting changes in client conditions. No medical training required; 18+ and background checks needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.
