Job summary

Ransomville Manor Home Care in New York is seeking Personal Care Aides (PCA) for our Assisted Living Community in Ransomville. Evening (3p-11p) and Night (11p-7a) shifts available, designed to care for multiple clients on site with no travel across Niagara County.

We look for compassionate individuals to monitor residents, assist with personal hygiene, document care, and report health issues to the supervising nurse. Must have NY PCA/HHA certification and be able to work every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must hold New York State PCA/HHA certification.
• Available for Evening or Night shifts.
• Resident care documentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor Residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing and grooming.
• Support resident care and activities as needed.
• Document Resident Care.
• Report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing and monitoring Residents.
• Helping Residents' care for their personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming etc.
• Assist with Resident care and activities as needed.
• Documenting Resident Care
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid New York State PCA/HHA Certification.
• Must be able to work every other weekend
