Job summary

A Plus Health Care, part of the Addus HomeCare family, has immediate openings for Personal Care Aides—Self Directed. The role involves traveling to clients’ homes to assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, transferring, dressing, bathing, and light housekeeping.

Applicants who are trained PCAs or CNAs are encouraged to apply and start quickly if selected. Background checks are required, and benefits including medical coverage are available with flexible options.
