Job summary

Its Your Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our Harrisburg, PA team. PCAs provide non-medical in-home support to help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes and build trusting relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility support while following care plans and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.
