Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. at Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking dedicated caregivers to assist residents with daily activities and transportation to appointments. You will monitor vital signs, document measurements, and respond quickly to call lights.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to the Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Hours & Pay – Just Right for You!

• Full Time: Weekender- Every Sat and Sun 7am-7pm + 1 shift on Thursdays (2nd shift)
• $16.00 per hour start rate + Shift Diff + $5.00 Premium Differential
• Minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 36 over the course of a weekend
• 3 non-consecutive scheduled or unscheduled weekends off per six-month period.
