Job summary

Pleasant Dove LLC in Campbell, OH is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients with daily living activities in their homes or care settings. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and dedicated in-home care.

You will provide bathing, grooming, meal assistance, and companionship, while monitoring health changes and coordinating with supervisors. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred to support community-based visits.

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required

• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and any required health screenings
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
