Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking an experienced Captain to operate the Pilatus PC-24 on worldwide missions. This open-base role allows you to position from your home base and travel as needed, delivering safe, polished operations for discerning clients.

You will captain all flight phases, manage global operations, mentor crew, and coordinate with maintenance and authorities. A strong background in international jet operations and IFR procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong jet PIC experience and clean airmanship; PC-24 time or type rating valued.
• International ops experience in complex airspace, oceanic/remote procedures.
• Excellent CRM, communication, and client-facing skills; calm under pressure with sound decision-making.
• Currency on instrument procedures and modern avionics (FMS, VNAV/RNP/RNAV).
• Valid passport and ability to obtain visas/clearances for worldwide travel.

Responsibilities

• Captain all phases of flight, prioritizing safety and passenger care.
• Plan and execute global flight operations, including fuel planning and weather risk management.
• Lead and mentor crew, fostering CRM across multi-crew and single-pilot IFR environments.
• Oversee aircraft status, logs, MEL/CDL, and coordinate with maintenance providers.
• Represent the operator with professionalism and discretion at all times.
