MemorialCare is seeking a PBS Reporting Analyst in Fountain Valley, CA, within the Physician Billing department. The role is full-time with dayshift and predominantly remote work.

You will analyze patient billing and revenue cycle data, develop reports, dashboards, and provide insights to leadership to drive reimbursement and compliance. The position emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration with billing, coding, finance, IT, and operations, and utilization of BI tools to deliver actionable

Pay Range: $30.65/hr - $44.45/hr

Purpose Statement / Position Summary

The PBS Reporting Analyst plays a vital role in analyzing and interpreting patient billing, claims, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance data to provide insights that support informed decision-making and enhance strategic initiatives. This position develops and maintains financial reports, dashboards, scorecards, data visualizations, and actionable insights to effectively present findings to leadership and key stakeholders. The role monitors key performance indicators, identifies revenue trends, variances, denials, underpayments, workflow errors, and potential revenue leakage, and recommends data-driven process improvements to support timely reimbursement, revenue integrity, compliance, and operational performance. The position ensures data accuracy and integrity across reporting processes, utilizes business intelligence tools to streamline data analysis and reporting, and remains current on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization. The position collaborates closely with billing, coding, finance, IT, clinical operations, and application teams to support reporting accuracy, system optimization, and alignment with payer requirements and regulatory standards.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
