Qualifications

• Experience creating/reviewing/approving project documents and reports
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role managing operational ticket queue via SalesForce Case work
• Coordinate client-specific tasks with internal partners
• Document, review and resolve cycle processing errors
• Support revenue-cycle processes and larger initiatives
• Interface with multiple business units and stakeholders
