Job summary

Burnsville-Eagan-Savage District 191 is seeking a PBIS Coach for One91 to support the district’s PBIS framework. The role is a 1.0 FTE stipend position with full-year assignment and duties centered on implementing PBIS, coordinating team activities, and analyzing data to improve student outcomes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with school staff, participate in ongoing PBIS training, and contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment across our district schools.

Qualifications

• MN Teaching license.
• Knowledge of PBIS and related discipline procedures.
• Familiarity with state/federal policies and ISD 191 policies on student conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist PBIS team in implementing PBIS elements.
• Keep the team on track and assess fidelity.
• Develop monthly PBIS team agenda.
• Facilitate monthly PBIS team meetings.
• Plan and coordinate PBIS staff training.
• Ensure PBIS signage is posted and maintained.
• Announce and coordinate student and staff celebrations.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and present PBIS-related data.
