Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent; one year of general clerical or fiscal experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work accurately with numbers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work additional hours or overtime including possible nights, weekends and/or holidays to meet deadlines during peak workload situations.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine fiscal tasks in both manual and automated payroll systems.
• Compile and compute payroll data from source documents such as Time Reports and Personnel Action Forms.
• Prepare, review, verify and process payroll documents for a semi-monthly payroll.
• Maintain clear communication to resolve discrepancies and work as part of a team.
