Walden Security is seeking a Payroll Staff Accountant to manage payroll functions and prepare financial reports. The role requires attention to detail to ensure accuracy in wages, deductions and benefits, and involves answering employee questions about pay.
The position reports to the Controller and VP, Finance, with no supervisory responsibilities. Located in Chattanooga, TN, it emphasizes accurate data entry, compliance, and timely reporting.
Responsible for payroll functions; applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following duties.
