As the Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Accounting Manager, work closely with HR, and ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll for union and non-union employees.

What You’ll Do
  • Payroll processing weekly for union and non-union employees
  • Compliance reporting including staying updated on union laws and agreements
  • Certified payroll in compliance with federal and state laws
  • Employee onboarding and benefit enrollment
  • Maintain payroll records and assist with audits
