Adelante Healthcare seeks a Payroll Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities include processing payroll accurately, maintaining payroll files, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of payroll taxes and experience in electronic payroll processing. Commitment to quality and patient care is essential in this role. Candidates must have a high school diploma and relevant experience.
The Payroll Specialist is primarily responsible for functions of payroll processing and the completion of required ad hoc reports on a timely and accurate basis. Responsible for calculating other compensation as needed. Quarterly and year-end reporting includes, but is not limited to, 941s and W-2s. Will be responsible for managing the architecture of and data maintained within the Payroll/HRIS system. This position works under the general supervision of the Disbursement Manager. Additional responsibilities include assisting with accounting functions and financial reporting relating to Accounts Payable, inclusive of timely processing, verification, tracking, reporting, and payment of all approved invoices.
