Champions Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process weekly and bi-weekly payroll across multiple operating companies in a high-volume, multi-state environment. The role supports several FEINs and requires ADP Workforce Now proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll in a high-volume, multi-state environment supporting multiple operating companies within the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing industry. This role manages payroll activities across 4 to 5 FEINs, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of payroll experience, expertise with ADP Workforce Now, advanced Excel skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy and customer service.
Pay Range
$75,000 - $85,000 USD
