Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for Covenant Health entities to ensure timely, accurate pay.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws; audit readiness.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and Compensation on timekeeping and HR/payroll systems changes.
• Review and approve manual deposits, garnishments, and tax payments.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll-related reports and W-2s; assist with audits.
• Supervise daily and weekly payroll staff and plan workload for accuracy.
