Job summary

Korn Ferry in Westlake, TX is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll operations and lead a team of Payroll Specialists in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

You will ensure compliance with FLSA, overtime and payroll tax rules, and collaborate with HR, Finance and Accounting to optimize processes using advanced Excel and automation tools.

This hands-on role requires expertise in payroll compliance, including FLSA and overtime regulations, along with strong partnership skills across HR, Finance, and Accounting.
