ADP is hiring a Payroll Implementation Consultant to carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale and to drive the initial interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure long-term success.

You will spend your day ensuring clients are comfortable using ADP's products, learning their business needs, and guiding them to the best solutions for their unique

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Clients. Create onboarding experiences and help clients develop skills to use our products.
  • Implement ADP Technologies. Analyze systems, interfaces, and processes to implement solutions.
  • Partner Internally. Collaborate with sales and customer service and exchange priorities and issues.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate. Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share information with clients and teams.
  • Adhere to a daily schedule and handle high volume inbound calls, with seasonal peaks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:
  • Onboard Clients.You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.You'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through your expertise and relationship-building.
  • ImplementADP Technologies.To deliver a comprehensive ADP solution, you will consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.You willincorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommendingand implementingtheADP solution.
  • Partner Internally.Youwillcollaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer serviceandexchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness,andissues as they arise.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate.Youwill work onmultiple time-sensitiveprojects andfollow-upitemsat the same time.Youwillshare essential informationwith clients andthe teams you work with at ADP.
  • Youadhere to a daily schedule and organize yourselfto deal with a high volume ofinbound calls.Daily phonetimemay increaseduring peakseasons,like at the close of thecalendaryear.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • You can work overtime hours during peak seasons

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.Other acceptable experiencescould include:

  • Experience noted above OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred but not required.
  • Workforce Now experience/knowledge highly preferred.
  • Implementation experience highly preferred.
  • Payroll knowledge including payroll skills for processing Client payrolls.
  • Accuracy and dependability important since errors or omissions can directly impact Client associate paychecks, and errors in reporting can also lead to penalty and interest payments for ADP.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication.
  • Able to work under time constraints to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Excellent Professional Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Strong Process and documentation skills.
  • Strong Research Skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel Proficiency in using PC.
