Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review, reconcile, and maintain payroll records and employee data.
  • Enter and audit benefits deductions, tax withholdings, garnishments, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payroll regulations.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Support payroll reporting and audits.
  • Provide responsive customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  • Work closely with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

What You'll Do
  • Process payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees with a high degree of accuracy

What We're Looking For

Work Environment

You'll be part of a close-knit payroll team in a professional, collaborative office environment. Training will be conducted onsite, after which you'll transition to a hybrid schedule. The team values accountability, teamwork, accuracy, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.39 - $33.39/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
