Job summary

Miller Kaplan is seeking an Associate in Payroll Compliance to analyze payroll, tax and personnel records to ensure employer compliance with collective bargaining agreements. The role involves data manipulation in Excel and coordination of analytical tasks for clients.

You will gather payroll data, review information, and prepare audit reports while maintaining strong communication with clients and team members. Travel to client sites up to 70% is expected in this hybrid/remote friendly firm.

Qualifications

• Understanding of payroll, tax and personnel data in a professional setting.
• Experience with analyzing collective bargaining agreements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and coordinate analytical, technical, and research tasks.
• Manipulate and organize data using Excel.
• Gather payroll data from employers at their location or remotely.
• Review data to provide audit reports and client assessments.
• Analyze collective bargaining agreements for clients.
• Communicate with clients, managers, and partners to deliver payroll compliance reporting.
