DHL is seeking a Payroll Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain payroll reports, dashboards, and data insights supporting payroll operations, compliance, finance, and HR leadership. Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate standard and ad hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze payroll data and identify trends, discrepancies, and compliance risks.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Prepare recurring payroll metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll reporting requests.
• Conduct payroll data audits and reconciliations across HRIS and payroll systems.
• Validate payroll data across multiple systems.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT.
• Monitor reporting controls and implement data quality improvements.
• Support audits with required payroll documentation.
