Search Wizards is hiring a Payroll Analyst for a fully remote, 3-month contract focused on U.S. payroll processing. The role supports end-to-end activities, timecard processing and data accuracy, and payroll calculations.

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Workday Payroll are preferred. Certifications such as FPC/CPP are a plus but not required, and candidates must handle garnishments and confidential data with care.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience processing payroll in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify payroll discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is preferred.
• FPC or CPP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $48.33 - $53.33. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
