Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Payroll Analyst to partner with associates and leaders, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll administration and timely responses to inquiries. You will help improve processes, maintain system data integrity, and support HR and Finance teams across the organization.
The role requires CPP and FPC, multi-state payroll familiarity, strong Excel skills, and hands-on Workday experience; travel to client or corporate locations as needed.
The Payroll Analyst works closely with associates and leaders to provide subject‑matter expertise in payroll administration. The role focuses on managing vendor, associate, and leadership inquiries, improving payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) are required.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
