Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, benefits administration and compliance.
• Experience with Workday payroll and ADP Smart Compliance preferred.
• Proficient in O365 suite including Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees in ADP Teams Pay Canada.
• Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, quarterly and year end reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the Workday payroll subject matter expert, maintaining payroll configurations, tax settings and integrations.
• Prepare payroll reports, perform reconciliations, and support audits.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and external partners to continuously improve payroll processes and regulatory compliance.
