Job summary

The role provides payroll, accounts payable, and general administrative support to staff and school sites, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting. Immediate start and 12-month term with salary grade 64.

Qualifications

• Associates/Technical degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration and processing of monthly/special payrolls; deductions, bonuses, and withholdings.
• Handle checks, direct deposits, and reconcile banking discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and respond to employee payroll questions.
• Accounts payable including keying deposits, direct-pay requests, and reimbursements.
• Provide front-office support and site-level bookkeeping as needed.
