Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. seeks a full-time Director of Payor Contracting at our central business office in Westerville, OH. You will lead rate negotiations and manage relationships across commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid lines.

You will collaborate with clinical quality and population health teams to align VBC terms with quality performance while building strategic relationships with payor representatives to support COPC goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive payor contracting experience with proven negotiations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rate negotiations with commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid payors; serve as primary contact and negotiator.
• Review payor contracts, amendments, and fee schedules for accuracy and maintain a central contract repository.
• Monitor performance against VBC benchmarks and guide renegotiation strategy at renewal.
• Build financial models to evaluate rates, prepare payor scorecards and dashboards.
