Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily customer support operations and manages workload to meet service levels.
• Resolves complex inquiries and escalations within policy and authority.
• Triages issues and documents findings for escalation with evidence.
• Maintains audit-ready records and reconciliations; updates procedures.
• Cascades changes to the team and verifies adoption through spot checks.
• Identifies recurring issues and implements process improvements.
• Coordinates day-to-day staffing and cross-training to ensure coverage.
