Job summary

Binance is seeking a Risk Manager to build and run an independent, regulator-ready risk management function for its local licensed payment business. You will work to meet NBK and AFSA requirements from day one and support growth in a fast-moving environment.

The role involves implementing risk policies, monitoring limits and KPIs, and coordinating with global risk teams to ensure alignment with group standards and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (FRM, PRM, CFA) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the risk management framework for the local licensed payment business.
• Develop the risk appetite statement, risk limits, and key risk indicators.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, liquidity, currency, counterparty, fraud, outsourcing, information security, and compliance risks.
