Job summary

• Experience with payment platforms, including SAP.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payments production team while promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor performance against standards; implement remediation plans.
• Prepare recurring performance and risk reports for leadership.
• Coach and develop team members through training and feedback.
• Maintain payment policies and desk procedures to support compliance and controls.
• Analyze trends to identify efficiency and accuracy opportunities.
• Oversee RTB activities including daily disbursements and payment controls.
• Own governance activities like 1099 processing and prompt pay monitoring.
• Support prefund reporting and coordination with Finance.
• Provide audit support and respond to inquiries with documentation.
• Collaborate with Payments Manager to implement process improvements.
• Communicate with internal partners to resolve issues.
