Job summary

ICCU is seeking a Product Line Manager to shape our product solutions for members. You will drive the product roadmap for your line by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, influencing member and employee experiences.

You will analyze member needs, market trends, and performance data, lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies with marketing, lending, and support, and continuously iterate products based on feedback to ensure relevance and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Project Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management, financial services, project management, or innovation roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of member needs, trends, and propensities using qualitative and quantitative research.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, IT, risk, and other stakeholders to launch new products and campaigns.
• Manage go-to-market strategies, promotions, and product outreach with defined KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep products competitive and adaptable.
• Continuously collect community feedback and drive ideation, development, and enhancements.
• Assess product performance and present insights to leadership for future iterations.
