Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive development and optimization in Cross Currency Payments. You will leverage user research and customer feedback to shape innovative products and improve existing solutions.

You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to translate insights into epics and user stories, manage roadmaps, and track milestones across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Understanding of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, meticulously tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage intake requests after items have been vetted for the product and its prioritization, key dependencies and risks across the product delivery life cycle
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Agility Leads, Engineering Leads, Design, & Analytics teams in ceremonies to confirm impacts and scope, sprint sequencing, and delivery against committed timelines
