Job summary

EBA CLEARING is seeking an Operations professional to join the Infrastructure Management and Development team. The role involves overseeing daily payment processing and settlement, supporting testing of new payment services, coordinating releases, and monitoring security and resilience across our infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, business administration, operations management or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in financial services, ideally with practical experience in the operation of payment infrastructures or transaction banking environments.
• Knowledge of financial messaging, protocols and related infrastructures and communication channels (e.g. ISO 20022, Swift, SIANet, EBICS).
• Experience in managing business resilience and continuity processes.
• Testing experience (i.e. APIs, payment systems).
• Work experience in Operations.
• Proficiency in English; any additional European language is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in shifts (daytime).

The position

The Operations Unit is responsible for the operation and business administration of all EBA CLEARING payment services.

The profile
