Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to spearhead Payment Modernization from strategy to execution.

You will architect a scalable in-house payment platform, enabling real-time payments, multi-currency routing, and cross-entity processing across Apple’s ecosystems. The role requires extensive experience in payments/treasury transformation, with strong executive communication and the ability to deliver multi-year programs in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, large-scale payments, treasury, or finance transformation programs.
• 7+ years of technical product/program management experience within payments, financial services, FinTech, or enterprise finance organizations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale payment system implementations or financial infrastructure modernization across enterprise finance functions.
• Experience in payments, treasury, and/or financial services, and the ability to apply that expertise to the design and execution of payment modernization programs.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payment Modernization Program from strategy to delivery.
• Partner with internal payments teams, assessing models and navigating regulatory landscapes.
• Define and own the payments transformation roadmap with multi-year vision and architecture.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale payment and finance transformation initiatives.
• Maintain governance across scope, timeline, risk, and budget with Agile/hybrid delivery.
• Champion the business case development plan for payment modernization.
• Collaborate with services teams to understand payment requirements and ensure scalable platform design.
• Build a platform-capable engine to support new rails, geographies and business lines.
• Communicate roadmaps and strategic plans to CFO staff and senior leaders.
• Navigate payments regulation with Legal, Tax, and Compliance.
• Apply treasury and tax expertise to payment design and financial impact.
• Partner with transformation leads to align priorities across portfolios.
