What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new and existing audit concepts, ensuring client acceptance and effective execution
- Conduct audits and generate high-quality recoverable claims for clients
- Train team members on audit procedures and maintain productivity standards
- Analyze paid claims and identify audit findings, documenting for training purposes
- Collaborate with Engineering to enhance auditing tools and reporting efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare
- 3-4 years of experience with the employer recommended for internal candidates
- Strong knowledge of claim adjustments, provider contracts, and reimbursement policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SQL experience preferred
