What is Required (Qualifications):

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare
• 3-4 years of experience with the employer recommended for internal candidates
• Strong knowledge of claim adjustments, provider contracts, and reimbursement policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SQL experience preferred
