Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Canton, MA, is seeking a Process Expert to serve as the functional and technical subject-matter expert for the payer platform, covering claims adjudication, benefits, pricing, enrollment, provider and member processing.

You will collaborate with Claims, Provider and Finance teams to translate business requirements into payer-platform solutions, optimize payment-cycle operations, and lead root-cause analysis for production issues, while contributing to
