Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking an Analyst II on the Payer Accountability team to educate internal teams on payer guidelines and lead preparation calls.

You will research and interpret contract terms to identify and address non-compliance, mentor junior analysts, and drive improvements in AR collections. In this role, you will analyze payer data for trends, escalate issues with payers and stakeholders, and collaborate with leadership to resolve escalations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5-7 years experience.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and managed care contracts.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.
