Job summary

Staples is hiring for warehouse associates to join our world class supply chain team in Coppell, TX. You may work as an Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian, and you may be moved between roles as needed.

We offer pay-for-performance with potential additional compensation for meeting productivity thresholds, and a 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday–Friday shift. Safety is our priority, with training and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic in daily tasks.
• Inclusive approach to colleagues and customers to foster collaboration.
• Ability to follow safety procedures quickly and consistently.
• Comfort working in a warehouse with seasonal temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily goals.
• Restock shelves and prep work area for next shift.
• Select, pack totes, and move merchandise to conveyors with safety.
