Starting as a Trainee in a structured 5-week program with pay raises and promotion potential, you can advance through the Pawnbroker Certification Program and toward a Lead Pawnbroker or Assistant Manager role, with strong benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple duties.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test after offer.
• Knowledge of common pawned items is a plus; sales background a plus; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process sales, loans, and extensions accurately.
