Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. in Tulsa is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly pawnshop service and support sales, loans, and item evaluations in a fast-paced store. 

You will start as a trainee in a comprehensive training program with opportunities for promotion and pay progression, plus a robust benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO and store discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone.
• Processing sales, loans, and extensions.
• Performing opening and closing store duties.
