EZCORP operates EZPAWN stores in Hammond, IN and is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn loans, and help customers choose items from jewelry, electronics, and more.

The role includes a 5-week paid training with a raise and promotion to Pawnbroker on completion. The position offers uncapped bonus potential, health insurance, a 401(k) match, time off, store discounts, and clear career paths toward leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers daily, help with sales and pawning decisions.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
