FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for nationwide pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and earn commission on productivity. The role offers hourly pay plus an opportunity for commissions and a robust benefits package.

You’ll work with a variety of merchandise and engage customers to deliver excellent service. Prior cash handling experience and flexibility for shifts are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred and ability to perform basic math.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

• Greet customers and develop rapport to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and keep the sales floor clean.
• Process sales and loan transactions in line with policies.
• Handle cash and negotiables according to procedures.
