Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. in Nebraska is looking for a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales and loans. The position offers a base pay of $15.00 to $18.50 per hour, with the potential to earn commission up to 8% on transactions.

Associates will engage with customers, perform sales transactions, and maintain a positive environment. Preferred candidates will be team-oriented and able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Should have strong desire to work and serve customers.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions according to policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Handle cash and negotiable items following regulations.
