Job summary

Full Service Paving in Northern New York is seeking a skilled Paving Operator for the 2026 season. You’ll operate asphalt paving equipment, lead a crew, and help grade, level, and compact surfaces to ensure a smooth, durable finish.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, overtime during peak season, and a collaborative team focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating paving equipment (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Full Service Paving is looking for a skilled and motivated Paving Operator to join our team for the 2026 paving season! We specialize in residential and commercial paving, sealcoating, line striping, excavation, and asphalt repairs across St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Franklin, Essex, Clinton, and Lewis counties. If you have experience operating paving equipment and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and skid steers
• Lead a paving crew to achieve top-quality paving projects
• Assist with grading, leveling, and compacting surfaces for proper installation
• Ensure proper paving techniques for a smooth, durable finish
