Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a Paving Foreperson to oversee and direct a construction crew in Tyler, TX. You will manage personnel, equipment, trucking and materials while ensuring compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DEP and other regulations.
Responsibilities include supervising 6–12 workers, enforcing safety practices, maintaining records, and fostering strong customer and supplier relationships; willingness to travel and work nights/weekends is required.

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
