U.S. Pavement Services is currently seeking skilled Equipment Operators to join our Paving Team. The ideal candidate will have a Massachusetts Hydraulics license.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of heavy equipment including Mini excavators, Pavers, Skid steers and Forklifts depending on the project needs.
- Accurately load, transport, and unload materials using the appropriate equipment.
- Effective communication with other crew members to coordinate movements and ensure safety.
- Good understanding of site layout and the ability to position equipment accurately.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
