Qualifications
- Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair paving equipment.
- Must meet DOT regulatory & CBE requirements and maintain safe working conditions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair paving equipment in the field.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills in an industrial environment.
- Maintain knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics as they pertain to paving equipment.
